S&P rates Mobile Mini notes B+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a B+ rating to Mobile Mini Inc.'s (BB-/stable) proposed $200 million senior unsecured notes with a 5 recovery rating, indicating expectations of 10% to 30% recovery.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's $200 million senior unsecured notes.

Ratings reflect the company's aggressive financial profile and exposure to cyclicality in some end markets, the agency said.

The company's leading market position and its ability to significantly curtail capital spending in periods of weak demand somewhat offset these weaknesses, the agency noted.
