Mobile Mini shareholder Shamrock reports 7.85% ownership interest

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 25 - A group of Mobile Mini, Inc. investors led by Shamrock Activist Value Fund, LP bought 524,400 shares of the company's stock between Sept. 14 and Sept. 23 for a total of $9.33 million, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The shares were priced from $17.68 to $17.93 each.

Between July 13 and Sept. 11, Shamrock bought 878,388 shares, a prior SEC filing said.

Shamrock beneficially owns 2,785,317 shares, or 7.85%, of the Tempe, Ariz.-based provider of portable storage services.
