M*Modal creditors universally vote in favor of reorganization plan

New York, July 14 – Voting creditors were unanimously in favor of M*Modal Inc.’s amended joint plan of reorganization, according to a July 11 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Holders of class two first-lien claims in the amount of $407.62 million voted unanimously in favor of the plan, as did holders of class four general unsecured claims in the amount of $251.53 million.

A hearing to confirm the amended reorganization plan is set for July 15.

M*Modal, a Franklin, Tenn.-based provider of clinical documentation services, filed for bankruptcy March 20. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-10701.
