M*Modal posts $10.21 million net loss for May period on zero revenue

New York, June 27 – M*Modal reported a $10.21 million net loss in May on zero net revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Those numbers compare to a $9.06 million loss in April, also on zero net revenue.

The company also reported unrestricted cash and equivalents of $90,427 as of May 31, falling from $3.05 million at the end of April.

M*Modal, a Franklin, Tenn.-based provider of clinical documentation services, filed for bankruptcy on March 20. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-10701.
