M*Modal replaces one member of official unsecured creditor committee

New York, June 9 – M*Modal Inc. replaced a member of its official committee of unsecured creditors, according to a June 9 notice with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
The new member is Andy Wardner of Astor Crown Plaza Hotel of New York. Wardner is replacing Jerry Hirschkorn, also of Astor Crown Plaza Hotel.
The remaining members of the committee are Julie J. Becker of U.S. Bank NA of St. Paul, Minn.; and Masaki Honda of Advanced Media, Inc. of Tokyo.
M*Modal, a Franklin, Tenn.-based provider of clinical documentation services, filed for bankruptcy March 20. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-10701.
