M*Modal U.S. trustee appoints three to unsecured creditor committee

New York, March 26 - M*Modal's U.S. trustee, William K Harrington, appointed three members to an official committee of unsecured creditors for the company, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Appointed to the committee were Julie J. Becker of US Bank NA of St. Paul, Minn.; Masaki Honda of Advanced Media, Inc. of Tokyo, Japan; and Jerry Hirschkorn of Astor Crown Plaza Hotel of New York.

M*Modal, a Franklin, Tenn.-based provider of clinical documentation services, filed for bankruptcy March 20. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-10701.
