MML Series Investment Fund to be liquidated on April 27

Minneapolis, Jan. 13 - MML Series Investment Fund announced that shareholders of the MML Asset Allocation Fund, MML Concentrated Growth Fund, MML Emerging Growth Fund, MML Nasdaq-100 Fund and MML Small Cap Index Fund have approved a plan of liquidation for the MML Series Investment Fund.

The fund will be liquidated on April 27, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be distributed to the appropriate MassMutual or C.M. Life Insurance Co. separate accounts invested in the funds, the filing said.

MassMutual, the funds' manager, is based in Springfield, Mass.
