S&P ups MMI Products view to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on MMI Products Inc. to stable from negative and affirmed its ratings, including its B- corporate credit rating and CCC subordinated debt rating.

S&P said the ratings on MMI Products reflect its high debt burden, aggressive acquisition strategy, cyclical end markets, and volatile raw-material costs. However, the company does benefit from its leading market position in fencing as well as its national presence.
