Mizuho cuts conversion price of 11th series class XI preferred shares

Madison, Wis., July 30 - Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. said it lowered the conversion price of its 11th series class XI preferred shares to ¥284.90 from ¥286.20, effective July 31.

The floor price of the conversion price was also adjusted to ¥284.90 from ¥286.20.

The company said the adjustment is due to its issue of common stock through a third-party allotment on Friday.

Mizuho is a bank holding company based in Tokyo.
