Moody’s assigns Applied Materials notes A3
Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned an A3 senior unsecured rating to Applied Materials Inc.’s proposed notes offering.
A portion of the proceeds will be used to repay the company’s $600 million debt due in October and $750 million note due June 2021.
The outlook is stable.
