Mitek Systems reports plans to price public offering of common stock

Deal also has 30-day 15% greenshoe; William Blair is sole underwriter

Knoxville, Tenn., June 24 - Mitek Systems, Inc. said it will conduct a public offering of stock with a 30-day 15% greenshoe.

William Blair & Co., LLC is the sole underwriter.

Based in Poway, Calif., Mitek produces software used by financial institutions to detect forgeries.
