New York, March 15 - Applied Imaging Corp. has pocketed $1.3 million from a private placement of stock, the company said Wednesday.
The company issued 773,810 shares at $1.68 apiece to a group of institutional investors led by Roaring Fork Capital SBIC, LP.
The investors received warrants for 193,453 shares, exercisable at $2.52 each.
Bathgate Capital Partners, LLC was the placement agent.
Applied Imaging, based in San Jose, Calif., develops scanning and image analysis systems used for the analysis of cellular and tissue specimens.
