Deutsche Bank Securities buys $3.4 million claim against Mirant Americas Energy Marketing

Pittsburgh, June 15 - Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. bought Wabash Valley Power Association's $3.4 million claim against Mirant Americas Energy Marketing LP, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Mirant, an Atlanta-based power company, filed for bankruptcy on July 14, 2003. Its Chapter 11 case number is 03-46590.
