New York, Feb. 7 - Mirabela Nickel Ltd. said it has secured A$1.7 million from a private placement.
A London-based institution agreed to buy 2 million shares at A$0.85 each.
Proceeds from the deal will be used for a bankable feasibility study on the company's Santa Rita project.
Based in West Perth, Western Australia, Mirabela is a mineral exploration company.
