New Issue: Barclays prices $3.23 million of 6.6% autocallables tied to four stocks

Chicago, Oct. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.23 million of 6.6% autocallable notes due Sept. 30, 2020 linked to the least performing of the class A common stock of Facebook, Inc., the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc. and Apple, Inc. and the class C common stock of the Alphabet Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly determination date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its 60% barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing stock.
