San Luis Obispo, Calif., Dec. 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $26.01 million of 0% one-look notes due Dec. 11, 2015 linked to the common stock of Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
If the final share price is greater than or equal to the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 18.66%. Otherwise, investors will have 1-to-1 exposure to the stock's decline.
