Millenia Hope's subsidiary files SEC statement to become public company

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 7 - Millenia Hope Inc. said its subsidiary, Millenia Hope Pharmaceuticals filed its SB-2 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission with the goal of becoming a public company.

"This is another step forward in reaching the strategic goals for Millenia Hope and Millenia Hope Biopharma, to add future value for our shareholders," chief executive officer Leonard Stella said in a news release.

Millenia Hope is a pharmaceutical company based in Montreal.
