S&P affirms M/I Homes
Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its BB corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings on M/I Homes Inc.
The outlook is stable.
S&P said the ratings acknowledge M/I's historically conservative, cycle-tested management team, which has maintained a sound financial profile while strategically expanding outside of the company's core Midwestern platform.
