Knoxville, Tenn., March 5 - Mid-States plc said it raised £3 million in a private placement of shares.
The company sold shares at 10p per share.
Proceeds will be used to accelerate the commercial development of the company's air disinfection product.
London-based Mid-States is an environmental technology company.
