DBRS confirms MI Developments

DBRS said it confirmed the BBB rating of MI Developments Inc.'s senior debentures with a stable trend.

On June 30, the company's thoroughbred horse racing and gaming business and substantially all of its lands held for development were transferred to entities owned by Frank Stronach and his family for the elimination of MID's dual class share capital structure through which the Stronach shareholder controlled MI Development, according to the agency.
