Midcontinent Communications sets Monday investor call for $250 million notes offering

Portland, Ore., July 19 - Midcontinent Communications and Midcontinent Finance Corp. plan to host an investor call on Monday to discuss a $250 million offering of eight-year senior notes (B3/B-), according to a syndicate source.

The deal is expected to price during the middle part of the week ahead.

SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc., RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint bookrunners. U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. is the senior co-manager. TD Securities (USA) LLC and Mitsubishi UFJ Securities are the co-managers.

The Rule 144A for life notes come with three years of call protection.

The Sioux Falls, S.D.-based cable, internet and telephone services provider plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
