New York, March 4 - Microsemi Corp. is set to hold a call at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday to launch a repricing of its roughly $646 million covenant-light term loan B-1 due February 2020, according to a market source.

RBC Capital Markets is the lead bank on the deal.
