Micron sets Wednesday lender call for $748 million term loan repricing

Portland, Ore., Oct. 3 – Micron Technology, Inc. set a lender call for 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday to launch a $748,125,000 senior secured term loan B, according to a market source.
Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. is the arranger.
The Boise, Idaho-based semiconductor company plans to use the proceeds to reprice its existing term loan B due 2022.
