Michigan Electric Transmission repays, terminates term loan agreement

Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – Michigan Electric Transmission Co., LLC repaid and terminated its term loan credit agreement dated Dec. 8, 2015 with Barclays Bank plc as administrative agent, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Michigan Electric Transmission is an electricity transmission company and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Novi, Mich.-based ITC Holdings Corp.
