Apollo to bring €360 million ALME Loan Funding III CLO offering

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 14 – Apollo Global Management, LLC plans to price €360 million of notes in the ALME Loan Funding III Ltd. collateralized loan obligation deal, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the placement agent.

Apollo Global Management was last in the primary market on June 6 with the €382.4 million ALME Loan Funding II Ltd. transaction.

The New York City-based investment management firm priced the €334.23 million ALME Loan Funding 2013-1 Ltd. deal in 2013.
