Moody's: MGM unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that MGM Resorts International's (B3/stable) announcement that it had entered into agreements with its joint venture partner in Macau that may result in the company gaining a 51% ownership and management control of the joint venture MGM China Holdings Limited has no immediate impact on its ratings.
