MGI Funds announces changes to names of trust, funds, adviser

San Diego, Nov. 18 - MGI Funds has changed its name to Mercer Funds, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The change has been made to the prospectuses of the class S, class Y-1, class Y-2 and class Y-3 shares of MGI Funds.

The funds under the trust have also undergone name changes, as follows:

• The MGI U.S. Large Cap Growth Equity Fund is now the Mercer U.S. Large Cap Growth Equity Fund;

• The MGI U.S. Large Cap Value Equity Fund is now the Mercer U.S. Large Cap Value Equity Fund;

• The MGI U.S. Small/Mid Cap Growth Equity Fund is now the Mercer U.S. Small/Mid Cap Growth Equity Fund;

• The MGI U.S. Small/Mid Cap Value Equity Fund is now the Mercer U.S. Small/Mid Cap Value Equity Fund;

• The MGI Non-U.S. Core Equity Fund is now the Mercer Non-U.S. Core Equity Fund;

• The MGI Core Opportunistic Fixed-Income Fund is now the Mercer Core Opportunistic Fixed-Income Fund; and

• The MGI U.S. Short Maturity Fixed-Income Fund is now the Mercer U.S. Short Maturity Fixed-Income Fund.

Effective Sept. 27, the trust's investment adviser, Mercer Global Investments, Inc., changed its name to Mercer Investment Management, Inc.
