M&G to start roadshow Wednesday for $500 million seven-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Jan. 31 - M&G Finance Corp. will start a roadshow on Wednesday for a $500 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (expected B3//BB), according to an informed source.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal is expected to price on Feb. 8.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC has the books.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

The polyethylene terephthalate producer plans to use the proceeds to finance construction of new PET and PTA production facilities, to pay back intercompany debt and to fund working capital.
