MFS Florida Municipal reorganizes into MFS Municipal Income Fund

San Diego, Oct. 28 - MFS Florida Municipal Bond Fund shareholders approved on Oct. 27 the reorganization of the fund into MFS Municipal Income Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

After the close of business on Nov. 2, shares of the fund will no longer be available for purchase, and exchanges into the fund will not be permitted.

The reorganization will occur on Nov. 4.

Boston-based MFS serves as the investment adviser for the fund.
