MFA Financial's 7.5% series B cumulative redeemable preferreds expected to list Thursday

Phoenix, April 17 - MFA Financial Inc.'s $175 million of 7.5% series B cumulative redeemable preferreds are expected to list on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, according to a trader.

The deal priced April 9. The expected symbol is "MFAPB."

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UBS Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the joint bookrunning managers.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to redeem all outstanding 8.5% series A cumulative redeemable preferred shares, which were officially announced on Tuesday.

The company is a New York-based real estate investment trust primarily engaged in investing in residential and non-residential mortgage-backed securities.
