New York, Dec. 19 - Mexico's Ministry of Finance announced the results of this week's government securities auction.
The 28-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.05%. Bids ranged from 7.02% to 7.46%. Of the Ps. 18.653 billion bids tendered, Ps. 4.5 billion bids were accepted. Last week's yield on the 28-day bills was 7.03%.
The 91-day Cetes bills were priced to yield 7.16%. Bids ranged from 7.14% to 7.66%. Of the Ps. 27.554 billion bids tendered, Ps. 6 billion bids were accepted. Last week's yield on the 91-day bills was 7.13%.
The 182-day Cetes bills were priced at 7.21%. Bids ranged from 7.19% to 7.78%. Of the Ps. 25.839 billion bids tendered, Ps. 5.4 billion bids were accepted. The previous yield on the 182-day bills was 7.16%.
The 336-day Cetes bills were priced at 7.25%. Bids ranged from 7.22% to 7.76%. Of the Ps. 15.689 billion bids tendered, Ps. 5.6 billion bids were accepted. The previous yield on the 182-day bills was 7.28%.
Meanwhile the Bondes D due in 1,813 days were priced at 99.189164. Bids ranged from 99.153 to 99.18966. Of the Ps. 2.85 billion bids tendered, Ps. 750 million bids were accepted. The previous price was 99.21034.
Finally, the 10% UDI bonos 20A due December 2024 were priced at 123.81551 to yield 7.57%. Bids ranged from 100 to 124.61202. Of the Ps. 20.205 billion bids tendered, Ps. 4.65 billion bids were accepted. The previous price was 119.57601 to yield 7.95%.
