By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Sept. 15 - The roadshow starts Tuesday for MetroPCS, Inc.'s offering of $150 million senior notes due 2011 (B3/CCC+), according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price late in the week of Sept. 22, the source added.

Bear Stearns and UBS Investment Bank are bookrunners on the Rule 144A deal.

The notes will be non-callable for four years.

The Dallas-based wireless company will use proceeds to fund capital expenditures.
