Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 15 - Meteoric Resources NL said it plans a A$1.86 million private placement of shares.
The company will sell 9.31 million ordinary shares at A$0.20 apiece.
Proceeds will be used for exploration.
The gold and base metal explorer is based in Western Perth, Australia.
