Apidos CLO XV seeks holder consents to amend nine note series

Chicago, July 29 – Apidos CLO XV, as issuer, and Apidos CLO XV LLC, as co-issuer, are seeking consents for nine series of notes.

The companies are requesting approval to amend their class A-1 notes, class A-2A notes, class A-2B notes, class B-1 notes, class B-2 notes, class C notes, class D notes, class E notes and subordinated notes, according to a notice.

Holders may send consents by 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 14. The record date is July 24.
