Metalforming trustee appoints unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, June 28 - Metalforming Technologies Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's bankruptcy case, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee includes:

*Gerald Gallant and Larry Filippine of Kerry Steel, Inc., Farmington Hills, Mich.;

*Paul Alan Brown of Rebel Steel, Inc., LaVergne, Tenn.;

*Ronald R. Gore of Olympic Steel Lafayette, Inc., Cleveland, Ohio;

*Sharon Zerman of Orca Steel Processing LLC, Gibraltar, Mich.;

*Gail V. Wilson of Thermopol, Inc., Somersworth, N.H.;

*Andrew Graham Thayer of Breyer Casting Technologies, Inc., Brampton, Ont.; and

*LG International (America), Inc., Cerritos, Calif.

Metalforming, a Chicago-based automobile parts manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on June 16. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-11697.
