Mestek begins modified Dutch auction tender offer

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 3 - Mestek, Inc. began a modified Dutch auction tender offer to acquire up to 187,500 shares, or 2.3%, of its outstanding common stock for up to $1.5 million.

The price per share will not be less than $8 or more than $10, according to a company news release.

Mestek said the offer will end at 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 4, unless extended.

Based in Westfield, Mass., Mestek manufactures and sells heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment and metal-forming equipment in the United States and Canada.
