Des Moines, March 16 - Mesa Uranium Corp. negotiated a private placement of units for up to C$3 million.
The company plans to sell up to 6 million units of one share and one half-share transferable warrant at C$0.50 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.75 for two years.
Pacific International Securities Inc. will act as agent.
Proceeds will be used for exploration and drilling of the company's projects in Utah and Arizona and for new acquisitions.
Mesa is a Vancouver, B.C.-based uranium company.
