Mesa Air announces number of shares issuable for senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 6 - Mesa Air Group, Inc. said that it will issue 4,890 shares in exchange for each $1,000 of its senior convertible notes due 2024 on Feb. 10.

Mesa Air is based in Phoenix and provides passenger and airfreight services.
