Mesa Air gives number of shares issuable for 6.25% senior convertible notes due 2023

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 29 - Mesa Air Group, Inc. said that only the holders of its 6.25% senior convertible notes due 2023 that have entered into forbearance agreements with the company may exercise their put option.

The company said it will issue 2,525 shares in exchange for each $1,000 in notes on Jan. 31 for the eligible holders who elect to exercise this option.

In addition, some of these holders have entered into new agreements with the company under which they agreed not to exercise the put option.

Mesa Air is based in Phoenix and provides passenger and airfreight services.
