New Issue: Merrill Lynch prices $10.5 million Strategic Return Notes linked to Industrial 15
New York, April 24 - Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. priced $10.53 million of five-year 0% Strategic Return Notes linked to the Industrial 15 index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
At maturity the notes pay out the return on the underlying index, reduced by 1.5% a year, multiplied by 99%.
The Industrial 15 index is the top 15 dividend yielding stocks chosen from part of Standard & Poor's Industrial Index.
Merrill Lynch & Co. was underwriter of the deal.
