New Issue: Merrill Lynch prices $11 million principal-protected notes linked to Global Titans index

New York, Nov. 15 - Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. priced $11.02 million of 0% principal-protected notes due Nov. 15, 2010 linked to the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 index, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At maturity, the notes pay out triple any gain on the index basket, capped at $11.80 per $10.00 principal amount. Investors have full exposure to any decline.
