Moody's adds /LD to Merrill PDR

Moody's Investors Service said it confirmed all existing ratings for Merrill Corp. following the extension of the company's revolver maturity to July 20 from June 29.

Given imminent debt maturities and a weak liquidity position, Moody's said it also appended an /LD indicator to Merrill's Ca probability of default rating to designate a limited default on the first-lien credit facilities associated with the extended maturity.

The outlook is stable.
