Moody’s: Merrill Communications unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Merrill Communications LLC's (B2 stable) recently announced sale of its Transaction and Compliance Services business to Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. has no immediate impact on the company's corporate family rating, its B2 first-lien credit facility rating or outlook.

The agency said the company has not disclosed the proceeds from the sale or the expected use of proceeds.
