MeriStar $200 million seven-year notes talked at 10½%-10¾%, pricing Wednesday

St. Louis, Mo., Dec. 11 - Price talk of 10½%-10¾% came out Tuesday on MeriStar Hospitality Partnership, LP's offering of $200 million of seven-year senior notes (B1/BB-).

The notes are set to price Wednesday afternoon, according to a syndicate source.

Lehman Brothers is bookrunner on the Rule 144A offering, which is non-callable for four years.
