Knoxville, Tenn., June 1 - Apextalk Holdings, Inc. completed a third and final $2 million tranche of a $4 million private placement of stock on May 26, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The deal priced Dec. 30, and Apextalk raised $1 million on Jan. 20. A second $1 million tranche settled on Feb. 22.
Champion Investors (China) Ltd. is the investor.
The company sold 416,667 common shares at $2.40 per share in the initial tranche and an additional 416,667 shares in the second. It sold 833,334 shares in the third tranche for a total of 1,666,668 shares.
San Francisco-based Apextalk is a private telecom company.
