Investor William Huff reports stake of 5.06% in Mercer International

Philadelphia, Dec. 19 - Investor William R. Huff reported an equity investment of 5.06% in Mercer International Inc. as of Dec. 18, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 1,841,701 shares.

Mercer is a Seattle-based pulp manufacturing company.
