Funds used for working capital; ordinary shares sold at A$0.11 apiece

Knoxville, Tenn., July 18 - Apex Minerals NL said it has arranged a A$2.74 million private placement of shares.
The company will sell about 24.9 million ordinary shares at A$0.11 apiece, an 8.33% discount to the July 17 closing share price of A$0.12.
Proceeds will provide additional working capital to assist the company in meeting its production guidance for the September quarter.
Apex is a gold exploration company based in West Perth, Australia.
