Moody's: MEMC unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc.'s B1 corporate family rating is not immediately impacted by the suspension of operations at its Utsunomiya, Japan wafer production facility due to the earthquake disaster.

The agency said it does expect MEMC's temporary shutdown to delay production of silicon wafers and result in some minimal loss of revenues over the near term.
