APD Antiquities raises $10,000 through private placement of its shares

Deal consists of 200,000 common shares, which were sold at $0.05 each

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 5 - APD Antiquities, Inc. completed a $10,000 private placement of stock on Oct. 26, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 200,000 common shares at $0.05 per share.

Proceeds will be used to pay operating expenses and execute the company's business plan.

The e-commerce company is based in Spokane, Wash.
