Mellanox files automatic shelf for ordinary stock and debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 19 - Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. filed an automatic shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers ordinary shares, debt securities, warrants, rights, purchase contracts and units.

The debt may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Yokneam, Israel, Mellanox is a supplier of semiconductor-based, high-performance connectivity products that facilitate data transmission between servers, communications infrastructure equipment and storage systems.
